Push beyond the basics. Raise the benchmark. Build Better.
The Build Better Advanced Fitness Challenges are designed for athletes ready to take their fitness testing to the next level. These challenges introduce heavier loads, more demanding movements, and higher levels of strength, conditioning, muscular endurance, and grip.
The Advanced Challenge Set includes four unique tests:
4 Iron Maidens — Test your maximum strength with a 1-rep max in four major barbell lifts: squat, bench press, deadlift, and strict press.
Row Row Your Boat Race — Take on a 5K row for time and test your cardiovascular endurance, pacing, and ability to keep working when fatigue sets in.
Barbell Climber — A 10-minute test of strength and conditioning using deadlifts and push presses. Start with 2 reps of each movement, then climb to 4, 6, 8, and beyond, completing as many reps as possible before time expires.
Get a Grip — Take on a 21-15-9 combination of pull-ups, goblet squats, and toes-to-bar that challenges your grip, muscular endurance, and ability to keep moving through fatigue.
The Advanced Challenges aren't just about putting up big numbers. They're about testing your fitness across different demands, identifying your strengths and weaknesses, and establishing measurable benchmarks you can work to improve.
Complete the challenges, submit your results, and establish your benchmark. Keep training, come back, and see how far you've progressed.
Raise the benchmark. Push your limits. Build Better.
