Strongman Saturday

Ages 6 - 18 y/o

Strongman Saturday is a class that develops strength, power, speed, endurance, and much more. These classes prioritize teaching strongman style events at an introductory and intermediate level. We provide a wide range of equipment insured for all athletes ages 6-18. These classes will include a basic understanding of safe lifting techniques in a fun environment and prepare athletes to compete at one of our unsanctioned competitions.

Intro to Barbell

Ages 10 - 18 y/o

Intro to Barbell is designed to develop the physical and mental skills needed to workout in a gym.  This call is designed to teach all kids no matter their athletic ability or background.  The athlete will learn how to properly execute the big three barbell lifts: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.  They will learn a wide range of additional accessory movements to insure they develop strength and muscularity throughout the entire body. We ensure that every kid is programmed individually based on their current capabilities to ensure a safe and uplifting atmosphere.
